Overview
The Betwinner exhibition stand at SiGMA Malta 2023 aimed to deliver a high-quality, visually striking stand that emphasised attention to detail. The client’s request for top-notch materials and finishes set the stage for a design that would be both minimalistic and technologically advanced.
The stand, positioned as an island of significant size, required a careful balance of aesthetics and functionality.
The chosen colour scheme of black, accented by vibrant green illumination, was intended to enhance visibility from all angles. Notably, the stand featured a sound system with speakers and microphones integrated into the design.
Initial Sketches
During the initial phase, the design team explored various ideas to meet the client’s requirements. The focus was on creating a stand that combined minimalism with advanced technology.
First Concept
The first concept embraced the importance of illumination, incorporating light strips strategically on walls, edges of raised floors, and on the surfaces themselves. A central storage area with shelves for merchandise was integrated into the structure, meeting the client’s request.
A large LED wall positioned behind the reception area served as a focal point, while a touch of greenery in the form of a moss wall enhanced the ambience in the private meeting section.
Alternative Option
Second Concept
The second concept took a slightly simpler approach while maintaining a focus on minimalism and effective illumination. A central storage unit was flanked by meeting spaces on either side.
A custom reception unit with bright green illumination, referencing the client’s logo, became a prominent visual element. Greenery adorned the sides, and a large LED screen was strategically placed on the side wall.
Construction
The construction phase involved bringing the chosen concept to life. Detailed plans, material selection, and construction methods were meticulously executed to ensure the stand met both aesthetic and functional requirements. Attention was given to the custom elements, including the intricate angles and lighting installations, to achieve the desired visual impact.
The Final Look
The completed BetWinner Exhibition Stand at SiGMA Malta 2023 presented a harmonious blend of minimalism, technology, and high-quality finishes. The strategic use of black and green, coupled with innovative lighting solutions, created a stand that not only met the client’s specifications but also stood out in the exhibition space.
